MindPal connects the worlds of technology, recruitment, and automation.We deliver SaaS solutions and digital products for clients in the HR-tech, education, energy, medical, and AI industries.We’re looking for someone ready to take responsibility for end-to-end client care and project delivery - from proposal, through execution, to ongoing relationship development.

Your role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full scope of activities related to both clients and the internal team - planning, implementation, relationship management, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and pricing offers / MVPs for new clients

  • Managing projects - planning, budgeting, monitoring, and communicating with the technical team

  • Client onboarding, managing delivery continuity, and project settlements

  • Identifying client needs and proposing product development directions

  • Maintaining project documentation (specifications, manuals, reports)

  • Collaborating with developers, QA, designers, and project leads

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a project manager, PM intern, or similar role

  • Good understanding of Agile / SCRUM / Waterfall methodologies

  • Familiarity with concepts like testing / staging / production environments

  • Basic understanding of version control systems (Git) - coding skills not required

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • English proficiency at a minimum C1 level (client communication)

  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems and automation tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.)

  • Experience in B2B client management

  • Knowledge of product analysis / KPIs / basic UX principles
