Your role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full scope of activities related to both clients and the internal team - planning, implementation, relationship management, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

Preparing and pricing offers / MVPs for new clients
Managing projects - planning, budgeting, monitoring, and communicating with the technical team
Client onboarding, managing delivery continuity, and project settlements
Identifying client needs and proposing product development directions
Maintaining project documentation (specifications, manuals, reports)
Collaborating with developers, QA, designers, and project leads

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of experience as a project manager, PM intern, or similar role
Good understanding of Agile / SCRUM / Waterfall methodologies
Familiarity with concepts like testing / staging / production environments
Basic understanding of version control systems (Git) - coding skills not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
English proficiency at a minimum C1 level (client communication)
Willingness to learn and develop professionally

Nice to have

Experience with CRM systems and automation tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
Experience in B2B client management
Knowledge of product analysis / KPIs / basic UX principles
